Computer Vision Syndrome - More than 50% of the
work force now uses a computer on the job—and nearly 60 million people experience vision problems as a result. If you spend 2 or more hours a day working on a computer, you are at risk for developing "CVS" or Computer Vision Syndrome.

Flex Spending" Dollars - Don't Lose Them! - If you participate in a "Flex Plan" through a company benefits program, be sure to plan ahead. Most plans require you to spend any money you've contributed by December 31st or risk losing it for good! Eye examinations, eyeglasses, contacts, even laser vision correction may all qualify for reimbursement.
