Rate
Monthly
Volume Factor:
The basic
monthly
subscription fee
of $89.00 allows
adding up to
1,200 email
addresses to
your Websystem2
mailing list. If
total email
addresses on
your list
exceeds 1,200 in
a given month,
an additional
fee of 1.2 cents
per address over
1,200 applies.
Example: If your
basic monthly
rate is $89.00 and
1,400 addresses
are on your
active list,
your adjusted
monthly rate
would be $89.00
+ (200)(.012) =
$91.40.
NOTE: The
basic
subscription
rate is based
upon the number
of "unique"
email addresses
on your active
list, not the
number of
patients. A
family of three
sharing a common
email address
would count as
one unique email
address. Invalid
addresses
(bounces) are
automatically
removed from
your active list
and are not
counted when
computing your
subscription
rate.
Text-Messaging
System:
The fee for text
messaging is 10
cents per text
message sent. You can fine
tune your text
messaging system
to contact only
specific
patients and
specific
appointment
types.
