1. Monthly Volume: The flat monthly subscription fee allows for up to 1,200 patients
to be on your Websystem2 patient list. If total patients on your list exceeds 1,200 in a given month, an additional fee of 1.2 cents per patient over 1200 applies.  Example: If your flat monthly fee is $89 and 1,400 patients are on your active list, your adjusted monthly rate would be $89.00 + (200)(.012) = $91.40.

Note: The number of patients is based upon the number of patients on your ACTIVE list only. Any invalid addresses (bounces) are automatically moved from your active to your "invalid address" list and are not counted when computing your subscription rate.

Text-Messaging System: The fee for text messaging is 10 cents per text message sent. You can fine tune your text messaging system to contact only specific patients and specific appointment types.

2. Cancellations: Requests to cancel your newsletter service subscription must be received before the first day of the effective month of cancellation. Cancellation requests should be submitted to: CustomerService@websystem2.com

3. Confidentiality: All information about a doctor and their Websystem2 account is kept strictly confidential.  Patient e-mail address information is never shared.
